Supporting your research and project needs
Jessica Bolton-Murray
Head of Project Management
Jess joined the Project Management team in 2018. She previously worked as a project manager in neonatal care for the NHS, working on quality improvement for all units in London, and with parents of
premature children. Prior to this Jess was a scientific researcher in carbon monoxide poisoning at Cranfield Defence and Security, working on a population impact study.
She has a BSc (Hons) in biological anthropology from the University of Kent, an MSc in forensic anthropology from Cranfield University, and is a PRINCE2 and AgilePM qualified project manager.
Dr Lorenzo Schiazza
Project Manager
Dr Schiazza has been supporting the delivery of projects both in the Biopharm and the Physical sciences field, ranging from cell and gene therapies for ocular diseases to waterproof coatings, to
viral vectors.
Lorenzo holds a PhD in Advanced Therapeutics and Nanomedicines from the University of Nottingham, and focused on polymers for oral drug delivery. He joined the Project Management team in 2024.
Narpal Sihra
Project Manager
With extensive experience in the UK Life Sciences sector, Narpal has delivered large-scale Knowledge Transfer Programmes as part of the Project Management team.
Throughout her career, Narpal has
played a key role in connecting businesses with funding opportunities and strengthening partnerships between industry and academia.
Narpal joined us in 2024 and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing from the University of Westminster, in addition to an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification and completion of the Management Development Programme from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
