Re:infer is an enterprise intelligence system that makes communications data understandable and actionable at scale.

Building on the latest advances in deep learning and natural language understanding the company’s platform turns unstructured communications data (such as emails, calls, messaging, and logs) into structured, annotated data to facilitate detailed business analytics and automation at scale.

Over 80% of enterprise data is unstructured, meaning that it cannot be easily analysed and used to improve business operations or outcomes.
